Documents collected

AdhocX may collect PAN, Aadhaar front, Aadhaar back, driving licence, and selfie during rider onboarding. The exact required documents may depend on the current app workflow and admin review needs.

Users must upload their own valid documents and must not upload forged, altered, expired, or third-party documents.

Purpose of KYC

KYC information is used to verify rider identity, support admin approval, reduce fraud, enable platform safety checks, support payout readiness, resolve disputes, and comply with operational or legal requirements.

Storage and access

KYC documents may be stored with the platform's configured storage/backend provider and accessed by authorized admins or systems only for verification, support, safety, dispute, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes.

AdhocX does not permit companies to view rider KYC documents as part of normal assignment workflow.

Withdrawal and deletion requests

A rider may contact support@adhocx.in for KYC questions or reasonable deletion/correction requests. Withdrawal or deletion may be limited where records are required for fraud prevention, dispute handling, payment/payout audit, legal compliance, or completed platform transactions.
